1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, services, or communications of Automorra LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related policies. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use immediately. Automorra may update this agreement at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of all modifications.

2. Description of Services

Automorra provides business automation tools and communication services. These services may include AI-assisted messaging systems, appointment and scheduling support, CRM and platform integrations, automated responses, customer engagement tools, and related workflow management systems. Some services require access to third-party platforms such as CRM accounts, advertising dashboards, messaging platforms, and social media accounts. You agree to provide access when required for service delivery.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, maintain current credentials for connected platforms, and supply any required access needed for systems to function correctly. The performance of services may depend on timely cooperation, availability of platform access, and the accuracy of client-provided information. Clients are responsible for ensuring the security of their own systems and accounts.

4. Limitation of Liability

Automorra LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service use. To the extent permitted by law, Automorra’s total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service directly associated with a specific claim. Automorra’s owners, employees, and representatives are not personally liable for claims arising from service usage.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Automorra maintains strict confidentiality over all client data, communication records, business information, CRM content, and platform credentials. Automorra employs protective safeguards such as encrypted transmission, secure storage, and limited internal access. Information is used only for direct service delivery or legal compliance.

6. Governing Law and Arbitration

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Utah County. Both parties waive the right to a court trial, including jury trial.

7. Entire Agreement

This document, together with Automorra’s Privacy Policy, represents the complete agreement regarding the use of Automorra’s services.

8. SMS Messaging Terms and Compliance

Automorra communicates with users through SMS using +1 385-219-4421. By providing your phone number and opting into SMS messaging, you agree to receive text messages relating to service activity, reminders, support, scheduling, updates, and other service-related notifications.

A. Program Description

Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, customer support responses, service notices, and information related to the services you have requested.

B. Opt-In Requirements

You will only receive messages if you have explicitly opted in. Consent may be provided through online forms, written agreements, or recorded authorization. Automorra maintains records of all opt-in actions.

C. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Message frequency depends on account usage and service activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.

F. Carrier Liability Statement

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be at least eighteen years of age to participate in Automorra’s SMS program.

H. Compliance Statement

Automorra complies with all applicable laws and messaging guidelines, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA Messaging Principles. SMS opt-in information, phone numbers, consent logs, and message-related metadata are never shared with third parties except when required to deliver messages through approved SMS providers.
